Training Sessions
QPR has a dedicated training studio with specific equipment to develop muscle strength, speed and power. The equipment is designed for teens to retirees to ensure exercises are safe to perform and do not cause muscle soreness. Training is strictly limited to one or two persons per 30 minute sessions to ensure personal supervision.
