More About Cell-Gym
CELL-GYM is the newest training and wellness modality from Germany that focuses on your cell’s health and longevity.
Cells rely on their mitochondria (cell’s engine) to generate energy to power the cell and perform their specific duties in the body.
If the mitochondria does not perform effectively due to a lack of oxygen or nutrients, those cells will be compromised and lead to different health problems.
Prior to commencing your Cell-Gym training sessions, your cell’s (and mitochondrial) fitness needs to be assessed so that a personalised Cell-Gym training program can be designed for your needs.
This involves a 5 - 10 minute breathing test that checks on the oxygen flow to and from your body’s cells.
A low level of oxygen used by the cells can suggest or predict future problems with cardiovascular health, cognitive health, low levels of energy, difficulty losing weight, poor recovery from illness and injury.
If a low oxygen level is detected, Cell-Gym training (minimum of 2 sessions per week) will be recommended to restore normal cellular function.
Clients comment on their improved energy levels and clarity of thought following Cell Gym training.
After one month of Cell-Gym training, a second breathing test is performed to demonstrate improvements in oxygen flow.
