Prior to commencing your Cell-Gym training sessions, your cell’s fitness needs to be assessed so that a personalised Cell-Gym training program can be designed for your needs.
This involves a 5 - 10 minute breathing test that checks the oxygen flow to and from your body’s cells.
A low level of oxygen used by the cells can suggest problems with cardiovascular health, cognitive health, low levels of energy, difficulty losing weight, poor recovery from illness and injury.
The low oxygen and associated health problems require Cell-Gym training (minimum of 2 sessions per week).
After one month of Cell-Gym training, a second breathing test is performed to demonstrate improvements in oxygen flow.
